Our client wanted a website that would fully manage their booking and safety wavier process and give their customers a better online experience. Their previous website was unreliable and was restrictive. Simplicity developed and tailored a new responsive Wordpress website which included e-commerce and booking management.
The client’s business is centred around their booking system which automates the safety wavier process as part of the online booking, this includes a from which collates required data, options for the customer to purchase add-ons and online payment, with digital coupons and gift voucher functionality.
A fully tailored and customised system which allows users to select different session types, it collects safety wavier details and allows add-ons such as socks to be purchased, the system integrates gift vouchers and discount codes and controls capacity for each session.
We’ve integrated a Digital Gift Voucher system that allows users to select their amount and deliver to the receipt on their selected day with a customisable image and message depending on the occasion. The website also includes a loyalty points scheme which counts a users spend and converts this to points to spend on the website, including extra points on their birthday.
Following the website live date, the website was launched with a social media campaign, PPC and email marketing.
